2. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must receive an invitation and activate the account issued to you. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Pilot Engagements and Payments

Access is offered by invitation. Any paid pilot work is billed manually under the scope and terms agreed directly with the partner. The Service does not offer self-serve checkout or subscription enrollment during the pilot.

  • Fees and billing schedules are stated in the applicable pilot agreement or invoice
  • Payment and refund terms are governed by that agreement
  • Billing questions are handled directly by The Clinical Index team

4. Disclaimer

The Service does not constitute medical advice, FDA approval, or regulatory compliance certification. Users are responsible for ensuring their products and claims comply with applicable laws and regulations. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Clinical Index shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by The Clinical Index and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without express written permission.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
