The Clinical Index provides AI-powered clinical verification services for dietary supplements. Our Service analyzes supplement labels, searches peer-reviewed literature, and generates verification dossiers based on available clinical evidence.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan:

  • Setup fees are non-refundable and due at subscription start
  • Monthly fees are billed in advance
  • You may cancel at any time; no refunds for partial periods
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Verification Badges

Dynamic verification badges require an active subscription. If your subscription lapses, badges will display "VERIFICATION EXPIRED" and your products will be removed from the public directory. Static badges remain valid for their stated duration regardless of subscription status.

Our verification service is based on publicly available clinical literature and AI analysis. It does not constitute medical advice, FDA approval, or regulatory compliance certification. Users are responsible for ensuring their products and claims comply with applicable laws and regulations. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Clinical Index shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by The Clinical Index and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without express written permission.

9. Termination
