About pilot access
Can I create an account now?
No. Public registration is closed during the design partner pilot. Submit an access request for consideration.
What happens after I request access?
TCI reviews the request against pilot fit and available capacity. If there is a fit, the team will contact you about scope and an invitation.
How is the pilot billed?
Pilot scope and fees are agreed directly with each partner and invoiced manually. There is no online checkout.
I already have an invitation. Where do I go?
